T's and C's

1. The competition is open to all South African consumers with a valid South African ID document, except the employees of iNova Pharmaceuticals and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies.
2. The competition will run from 1st September to 30th November 2024.
3. To enter, the consumer must:
   a. Purchase any product in the B-CAL^® RANGE and upload the receipt to the above form.
   b. Complete the osteoporosis risk review and submit
   
4. The winners will be randomly selected. An independent auditor will be present to ensure the winner is chosen in a fair and just manner. The winners will be notified via social media, email or contacted via telephone within 24 hours of the draw taking place.
5. The prize is one of five Bone Mineral Density tests valued at R3000
6. The supplier will be in contact with the winners to arrange the logistics regarding the fulfillment of the prize.
7. The governing law to apply in respect to this promotion is that of the Republic of South Africa.
8. iNova collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to South African regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional upon providing this information. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein.
9. All entries become the property of iNova. iNova will not use the content of entries for the purpose of future promotions.
10. Eligible entrants consent to iNova using their name, likeness and/or image in the event they are a winner including photographs, films) in any media for an unlimited period, without any remuneration.

12. The competition is dependent on the purchase of the product.
